Established and growing printing company seeks a new team member for our Lansing store

Our company does screen printing, embroidery, banners, vinyl signs, decals, stationery and promotional products.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced, dependable, people person to join our team for inside sales at our Lansing store. Seeking someone that will go the extra mile to make sure the customer experience is a positive and memorial one.
We need an individual that will be a "go getter" and demonstrate initiative in finding new clients and keeping existing ones.
Would like to find someone that is local to Lansing/Leavenworth but not a must.
To be clear:
We want a person that wants to be here and be a part of our team. We are not looking for a person that just 'needs a job' and will watch the clock. This is a fast paced, multitasking kind of environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce basic quotes for clients over the phone or in person.
• Seek out potential customers in the local market.
• Contact and schedule in person sales meetings with local clients for our sales staff.
• Help design basic marketing plans and assist in facilitating them.
• Assist in finding opportunities to be a part of the community.
• Helping retail customers in our small retail store.
• Assist in our social media marketing.

Job Requirements:

• Be very organized.
• Be very proficient at using a desktop pc.
• Able to learn new software quickly through training.
• Familiar with online marketing strategy.
• Able to assist in maintaining online stores through etsy and shopify.
• Great attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to work independently or with our team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment is a must.
• Highly motivated.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Photoshop / Illustrator experience is a plus
